Stu tries not to gloat over destroying the other ship, but he's a teenager, so he smiles quite smugly and says, "See pirates' Always listen to the Engineer!" Stu then tries building a mechanical heart to fix Pooky. As to how he gets it inside Heartless Pooky, Pooky's throat or another route, it's probably best we don't see. Regardless, it doesn't work.
Crawling out of the debris, Gilbert makes his way topside.
