Scurvy Dogs

Martine: "Right. Since they're attacking us, they don't have any treasure, so we might as well sink them. Lucky, there seem to be many hidden weapons on this ship. Use one to disable the other ship or their crew. Midna, stand by to teleport something. Gilbert, maybe you should take the wheel. Everyone else, grab whatever weapons you need from the armory, then get up here and get ready to fight."

Stu takes a moment to reorient himself, as having your entire cellular structure disassembled and reassembled isn't as smooth a process as Star Trek would have him believe. With the original Captain gone and the fighting stopped, Stu shouts, "We've won!! Hip Hip, Hoorah!  Hip Hip, Hoorah!"
Stu then mans, er turtles, the helm and sets a course for the open sea. He asks "So pirateers, where to?"

Squeekipeep feels bad for hurting Martine so badly. He didn't know Martine couldn't take the pain, so he decides to help Martine wake up by shouting, "Hey, Martine, wake up!" And? of course that doesn't do anything. Good job, Squeekipeep. 

Above deck:

Warchef grabs Red Reaper's shoes and whips up a batch of hardtack. Yum. He hands one to each clone and stuffs one in Red Reaper's mouth.

Lucky again slashes at Derrek, but he dodges.

Out in the ocean:

Before Martine's portal closes, Stu dives through.

Gilbert tries swimming to the ship but can't even manage a simple doggy paddle and starts to drown.

Midna warps in out of nowhere and brings a life raft with her to save Pooky and Gilbert.
